About the Event
Many of us are quick to support others but pause when it comes to asking for help ourselves. This workshop looks at why reaching out can feel uncomfortable, even when support would make a real difference. Participants will explore common barriers, such as not wanting to burden others or feeling unsure about what to ask for, and how to overcome those.
Through reflection and practical examples, we’ll focus on how to recognize when help could be useful, how to ask in clear and manageable ways, and how to receive support with more ease. The goal is to feel more comfortable and confident asking for help when you need it.
