    This class is all about quieting your mind. Enjoy mindfulness breathing techniques, satisfying stretches, and calming movements. There will be some light yoga movements so bring a mat or an old towel, and start your day with this gentle time just for you.

Each participant will be asked to turn off their camera and microphone in order to ensure the anonymity and comfort of all attendees. EAP staff will be monitoring the chat for questions and comments.
