Whether you're a people-pleaser or have struggled with boundaries in the past, many of us weren’t taught how to set them without guilt. But there's a high price for constantly aiming to make other people happy; when you swallow your real feelings to avoid what may feel uncomfortable at first, you’re continuously disconnecting from your true self.
When you respect and uphold your boundaries, you protect the parts of yourself that are most valuable. If you find yourself saying ‘yes’ too often or when you’d rather say ‘no’, this is the workshop for you.
