An intro to Pilates! These exercises will encourage awareness and control over your body; you'll need a mat or rug.
When Pilates becomes a part of your regular practice, you will improve your strength, balance, flexibility, coordination, posture, and mental focus. Join us for this morning session as we start our day with purposeful movement and focused breathwork.
