Good sleep habits, often called “sleep hygiene,” can help you improve your sleep so you can wake up refreshed and ready to tackle your day. Implementing new sleep habits can feel daunting, but even a few small changes can mean the difference between sound sleep and a restive night. In this workshop, we will talk about sleep hygiene, its importance, and how to recognize patterns or signs of poor sleep hygiene. Additionally, we will provide some tips and tools you can implement to get a better night’s sleep.
